Job summary

The Shirvanian Law Firm, Glendale, CA is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Case Manager to work in our Pre-Litigation Personal Injury team. You will handle personal injury cases under supervision, managing claims opening, letters of representation, property damage, case workup, treatment coordination, and lien handling to maximize client outcomes.

Responsibilities include client communication, medical record review, scheduling, and preparing settlement demands post-treatment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required).
• 2+ years of personal injury case management experience (Required).
• Experience in auto accident case management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Manage personal injury cases in the property damage and treatment stage and assist clients with coordination and scheduling.
• Review and analyze medical records.
• Report to senior case managers and attorneys on client treatment status.
• Review property damage estimates and insurance documents for settlement value.
• Draft service plans and manage case progress to determine closure.
• Update clients weekly on case progress and needs.
• Data entry into client management database.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters.
• Prepare settlement demands after medical treatment completion.
• Gather medical records, bills, and liens from providers and insurers.
