Job summary

LumenCeler Group, a nationally recognized plaintiff litigation firm based in California, seeks a Personal Injury Attorney to manage complex plaintiff-side litigation from evaluation through resolution.

You will develop case strategy, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, work with experts, attend mediations, and prepare cases for trial, collaborating with senior attorneys in high-stakes matters; active CA Bar and 3+ years PI experience required.

Qualifications

As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will manage complex plaintiff-side litigation from case evaluation through resolution. Responsibilities include developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting written discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, attending mediations and settlement conferences, negotiating resolutions, and preparing cases for trial. You will collaborate closely with senior attorneys while taking on meaningful responsibility in sophisticated, high-value personal injury matters.

The ideal candidate will have an active California Bar license and at least 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Trial preparation experience, strong legal research and writing skills, excellent oral advocacy, and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload are essential.
