J&Y Law in Century City, CA seeks an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee active caseloads from intake to settlement. You will be the primary client liaison, ensuring timely updates, documentation, and adherence to firm standards.

This role requires empathy, organization, and strong communication to move cases efficiently. You will coordinate medical treatment, liaise with insurers, and manage deadlines within Litify.

• Experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload from intake through settlement.
• Serve as primary contact for clients throughout the life of the case.
• Ensure case progression aligns with firm standards and deadlines.
• Educate clients on the claims process and set expectations.
• Maintain detailed client communications notes.
• Review case files for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate medical treatment and referrals as needed.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lien holders.
• Identify SI cases requiring attorney review and gather necessary documentation.
• Maintain and update electronic case files and Litify records.
• Support attorneys and staff to move cases toward settlement.
