Job Description
Rochester Community and Technical College is accepting applications for a one-year fixed-term, full-time physics faculty position.
A faculty member's work assignment includes diverse professional responsibilities. Classroom teaching and student contact form the core of the role. Additionally, professional development and service to the college are essential components. Activities include student advising, course evaluation, classroom preparation, student performance evaluation, committee participation, classroom research, and community service.
The salary range is $43,067 - $94,542, dependent on education and experience, in accordance with the Minnesota State College Faculty (MSCF) bargaining agreement. The state offers a comprehensive benefits package, including low-cost medical and dental insurance, employer-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and paid holidays.
