Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our Variable Staffing Pool as-needed. The role focuses on outpatient care for adults and seniors, managing conditions, maintaining records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams at three Dallas-area outpatient clinics.

This W-2 position requires at least three days per week, board certification in FM/IM/geriatrics, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program.
• Active medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Preference for value-based care experience, or at least 2 years of caring for Geriatric patients with high acuities.
• Must be passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes.
• Participation in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
• Specialty in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Geriatrics.
• Experience working with senior populations, value-based, or primary care models.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation.
• Availability of at least three days per week.

This is a zero-hour contracted role, ideal for providers looking for part-time work while contributing to high-quality outpatient care. The Physician will manage a variety of health-related concerns, focusing on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

• Grand Prairie, 725 W. Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75051. Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Direct W-2 employment (not a 1099 position)

Must be willing to travel between assigned clinic locations

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$310,000 - $368,500 per year
