Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our Variable Staffing Pool on an as-needed basis. This zero-hour contracted role is ideal for providers seeking part-time outpatient care while contributing to high-quality services.

You will deliver outpatient primary care to adults and seniors, maintain current medical histories, manage complex conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in our Arlington, TX clinics.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
• Active medical license in the state.
• Board certification in Family/Internal/Geriatric Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years caring for geriatric patients or value-based care.
• Experience with EHR and digital documentation.
• W‑2 employment and availability for at least three days per week.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Required Qualifications

Use your skills to make an impact

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program.
• Active medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Preference for value‑based care experience, or at least 2 years of caring for Geriatric patients with high acuities.
• Must be passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes.
• You will require participation in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
• Specialty in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Geriatrics.
• Experience working with senior populations, value-based, or primary care models.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation.
• Availability of at least three days per week
• Direct W-2 employment (not a 1099 position)

• Home Clinic: CenterWell Arlington, 2562 W. Pioneer Pkwy, Pantego, TX 76013
• Camp Bowie, 9108 Camp Bowie West, Fort Worth, TX 76116
• Seminary, 4200 South Freeway, Suite 1990, Fort Worth, 76115
• Must be willing to travel between assigned clinic locations

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$310,000 - $368,500 per year
