CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our Variable Staffing Pool for on-demand, zero-hour coverage in our Dallas-area outpatient clinics. The role emphasizes continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention for adults and geriatrics.

You will provide outpatient primary care, document medical histories, manage complex conditions, and coordinate with specialists.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program.
• Active medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Preference for value-based care experience, or at least 2 years of caring for Geriatric patients with high acuities.
• Must be passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes.
• Participation in Humana/Senior Bridge's TB screening program.
• Specialty in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Geriatrics.
• Experience working with senior populations, value-based, or primary care models.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation.
• Availability of at least three days per week.

Required Qualifications

• DeSoto, 951 W. Belt Line Road, Suite 100, DeSoto, TX 75115
• Grand Prairie, 725 W. Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75051
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Direct W-2 employment (not a 1099 position)
• Must be willing to travel between assigned clinic locations

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$310,000 - $368,500 per year
