You will develop strategic plans, review applications with assessments, and proactively source top talent while coordinating interviews and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Minimum qualifications include advanced degree in HR or IR with related recruitment experience.
• Alternative paths combine degree levels with progressively more years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for WVUH under regulatory guidelines.
• Develop short and long term recruitment plans with management.
• Review applications and use assessments to evaluate qualifications.
• Proactively source to improve candidate pools and quality.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
• Analyze turnover and vacancy data to support staffing decisions.
