The pay range is competitive, between $60,000 and $250,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Source healthcare provider names and generate call lists.
• Make outbound phone calls to develop prospective business.
• Screen and qualify providers for appropriate opportunities.

• Sell and negotiate throughout the recruitment process.
• Generate revenue by closing permanent placements.
• Meet and exceed production goals.
