Weatherby Healthcare, a division of CHG Healthcare, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Ft. Lauderdale. You will reach out to physicians by phone, learn their career goals, and match them with facilities needing services.

You will work with autonomy in a creative sales model, thriving on a long sales cycle and GRIT. This hybrid role requires you to come into the Ft. Lauderdale office at least twice per week for collaboration, while allowing remote work on other days.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of sales experience.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
• Proven hunter with ability to build a book of business.
• Experience with cold calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to receive and give feedback.
• Leadership ambitions.
• Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to meet KPIs while competing with team.
• Grit and drive.
