A leading behavioral health staffing firm in Austin is seeking an entry-level sales recruiter to enhance mental health care access. You will manage outreach to healthcare organizations, build a pipeline of candidates, and meet sales goals. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience and a proactive approach. Enjoy competitive compensation with a base of $50,000 plus uncapped commissions and extensive training.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a commission-based role.
• Ability to make 65 cold calls per day.
• Must be proactive and organized in achieving goals.
