The ideal candidate has an associate degree in healthcare administration or related field, with 2+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential; Meditech and ACT! experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience in a physician practice.
• Experience in physician management setting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office; familiarity with Meditech and ACT!.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervise staff in the applicable practice.
• Collaborate with Director, Physician Services for guidance.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Represent the organization professionally and maintain confidentiality.
