Job summary

Valley Health System in Montvale Market Square is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily operations and supervise staff within the applicable practice(es) under the general guidance of the Director, Physician Services. Position may require rotating to other VMG locations from time to time.

A minimum associate’s degree in business, nursing, or healthcare; bachelor’s preferred, and at least 2 years supervisory experience in a physician practice are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, nursing, or healthcare field; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience in a physician practice preferred.
• Experience in physician management setting and knowledge of medical practice operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff within the applicable practice(es).
• Perform under the general guidance of the Director, Physician Services.
• Rotate to other VMG locations as needed to meet organizational needs.
