OhioHealth in New Albany, OH, seeks an experienced leader to direct, coordinate, and manage all practice functions within the Women's Health department to sustain excellence. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, payroll, budgeting and billing, ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and provide education and coaching to staff while partnering with physicians to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred, with extensive ambulatory healthcare

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of related healthcare experience, preferably in ambulatory settings, with 5+ years in supervision or management.
• 10+ years of health care management experience may substitute for the listed requirements in certain circumstances.

Aufgaben

• Directs, coordinates, and manages all practice functions.
• Oversee daily operational management including staffing, payroll, and scheduling.
• Manage monthly financials including accounts payable/receivable and budgeting.
• Ensure HIPAA, regulatory compliance, and safety training across the practice.
• Coordinate IT support and vendor management for IT needs.
• Develop and review physician and practice performance data with providers.
• Drive patient satisfaction improvements and system-wide process enhancements.
