Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia seeks a Practice Coordinator to oversee daily operations of a physician practice and supervise staff. You will coordinate access, scheduling, chart management, and clinical support services to ensure service excellence and compliance with throughput goals.

Candidates should have the required education or equivalent experience and, if applicable, licensure for LPN/RN. Strong leadership and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in business, nursing, or healthcare related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 1 year of leadership experience in business, nursing or healthcare related field.
• If LPN or RN, licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate all operations for the physician practice and supervise its staff.
• Coordinate patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, nursing, procedures and other functions.
• Ensure compliance with departmental throughput goals.
