Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in business, nursing, or healthcare related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 1 year of leadership experience.
• LPN or RN licensure required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the physician practice and supervise all staff.
• Ensure compliance with departmental throughput goals and service excellence.
