Job summary

Northside Hospital invites experienced healthcare leaders to join its Physician Practice as a Practice Coordinator I–III. You will supervise daily operations and guide staff to deliver high-quality patient care within a collaborative hospital system.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, nursing tasks, and procedures while working with Northside Hospital leadership to meet throughput goals and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education encouraged.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in business, nursing, or healthcare.
• LPN or RN licensure required if applicable.
• Bachelor's degree and 1 year leadership experience acceptable alternative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the physician practice and supervise its staff.
• Coordinate patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, nursing tasks and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with throughput goals and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Northside Hospital leadership to align operations with organizational goals.
