The role emphasizes patient access, scheduling, chart management, pre-authorization and adherence to clinical throughput goals, with a strong focus on quality, safety and service excellence for patients and visitors in a busy Atlanta-area environment.

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification with 3+ years of management experience in healthcare.
• Graduation from CMA program accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES with 3+ years of management experience.
• Military Medic program graduate with 3+ years of management experience.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Physician Practice and supervise all staff.
• Coordinate patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, and nursing support.
• Ensure compliance with throughput goals and service excellence.
