Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in a private practice and/or clinical office setting.
• Two (2) years of previous supervisory experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience or training with ICD9 and CPT coding.
• Experience or training with basic accounting principles.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff and operations of physician/clinical practices; delegates authority as needed.
• Maintains daily operations within budgeted expenses; supervises daily work of associates.
• Prepares and reviews monthly revenue and patient activity reports for physicians.
• Contributes to strategic decisions and budget coordination.
• Develops and implements clinic policies and procedures with leadership.
• Reviews metrics including QI, Safety, Infection Control, and Risk Management.
