Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily functioning of all operational systems in the office.
  • Implements business policies and procedures for daily operations.
  • Sets daily operational/patient priorities and directs workflow.
  • Trains and coaches staff; provides performance feedback.
  • Handles third party payor and patient billing issues.
  • Collaborates with providers to order medical and office supplies and tracks data for efficiency.
