Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Knowledge of radiology procedures is a plus.
• Ability to learn CRM, RIS, PACS and related software.

Responsibilities

• Answer all post-service physician calls routed through the phone system or transfers.
• Offer access to the Physician Portal for report requests and email results.
• Direct physicians to forms for image-sharing requests.
• Manage physician image and report request queue.
• Handle report addendum requests and corrections.
• Notify referring offices of urgent results.
• Coordinate doctor-to-doctor consult requests.
• Assist with physician portal enrollment for new users.
• Gather information for interface inquiries and escalate to Level 2.
• Provide CPT code lookups and insurance questions using SDMI guides.
• Escalate urgent calls to Level 2 for swift resolution.
• Maintain accurate notes in CRM and systems.
