Job summary

The Valley Health System in Las Vegas seeks a Physician Relationship Manager (PRM) to foster and maintain strong relationships with primary care providers and designated specialty practices across its Southern Nevada hospitals. You will collaborate with Directors of Provider Relations to ensure alignment with service line growth strategies and regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required (business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field preferred)
• Experience: 3-5 years of provider relations, physician liaison, healthcare sales, or practice operations required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools for tracking referrals and provider interactions.
• Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate with physicians and staff; capability to analyze referral patterns and develop growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with primary care providers and designated specialty practices across assigned hospitals.
• Serve as a shared resource between facilities, collaborating with Directors of Provider Relations to align with growth strategies.
• Focus on practice-level outreach, referral development, and service recovery to improve physician satisfaction.
• Support facility-level priorities and balanced coverage across hospitals under Regional Director of Business Development.
