Job summary

The Valley Health System in Las Vegas is seeking a Physician Relationship Manager to foster and manage relationships with primary care providers and specialty practices across assigned hospitals. This role partners with Directors of Provider Relations to support service line growth and align with facility priorities.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in provider relations, healthcare sales, or related operations, plus strong CRM and analytics skills for tracking referrals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (business, healthcare administration, marketing or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in provider relations, physician liaison, healthcare sales, or practice operations.
• Experience with referral development, account management, or healthcare marketing preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with primary care providers and designated specialty practices.
• Collaborate with Directors of Provider Relations to align with service line growth strategies.
• Focus on outreach, referral development, and service recovery to improve physician satisfaction.
• Ensure balanced coverage across hospitals while supporting facility priorities.
