Job summary

The Valley Health System in Las Vegas is seeking a Physician Relationship Manager to foster and maintain strong relationships with primary care providers across hospitals. You will collaborate with Directors of Provider Relations to ensure alignment with growth strategies and service line priorities.

Focus on outreach, referral development, and service recovery to improve physician satisfaction and strengthen alignment with the Valley Health System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in provider relations, physician liaison, healthcare sales, or practice operations required.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with primary care providers and designated specialty practices across assigned hospitals.
• Collaborate with Directors of Provider Relations to align with service line growth strategies.
• Focus on practice outreach, referral development, and service recovery to improve physician satisfaction.
• Manage multiple practices and priorities across facilities with effective communication.
