Description:Full-time provider coverage is needed.Provider coverage is a minimum of one week.Provider will be in the clinic four days and one day of procedures.Call is 1:4 with minimal callbacks.The clinic has six exam rooms, three for providers and three for techs.There is Heidelberg OCT with a viewing station near the provider exam lanes.Additional equipment includes an auto refractor, Argos, topographer, Zeiss fundus camera, Zeiss Humphrey visual field, and B-scan on-site.Providers are able to perform YAG Caps in the office.Patient encounters per shift include 30+ in the clinic and 8+ procedures on different days.The facility trauma level is 2.Fellowship is preferred.Required specialty skills include non-surgical and surgical procedures, laser procedures, cryotherapy, anterior segment, and posterior segment skills.YAG skills are required.Surgical skills must include cataract removal, phacoemulsification, and intraocular lens implant.Additional experiences in vitreo-retinal procedures and intraocular injections are preferred.Ultrasound interpretation (A and B-Scan) and optical coherence tomography interpretation are required.Fluorescein angiography interpretation and photo interpretation skills are also required.
