Job summary

Global Medical Staffing is seeking a pediatric ophthalmologist for a NICU-inpatient rounding role in Wisconsin. The candidate should have pediatric ophthalmology specialization and ROP screening experience, with fellowship preferred for deeper expertise.

Responsibilities include NICU rounds and a busy clinic schedule, roughly 65 patients daily. Laser procedures (YAG) and comprehensive newborn eye care are part of the role, with competitive compensation and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in neonatal and pediatric ophthalmology settings.
• Fellowship preferred for specialization in pediatric ophthalmology.
• Familiarity with laser procedures and anterior/posterior segment care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in NICU inpatient rounds.
• See approximately 65 patients per day in clinic.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with 9-hour shifts.
