Job summary

Iconma, LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Cumberland, RI location. The role focuses on non-clinical physician operations and onboarding, including executing and renewing Collaborative Practice Agreements and prescriptive authority documents.

Applicants should have 3+ years in a fast-paced healthcare administrative environment, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, complex administrative environment.
• Experience in a healthcare administrative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for the non-clinical aspects of physician operations.
• Support provider onboarding by ensuring Collaborative Practice Agreements and/or prescriptive authority documents are fully executed, filed, and maintained as applicable
• Collaborative Practice Agreement renewals
• Utilize the MD Staff database to record and maintain pertinent information
• Assist in various projects
• Participates in other departmental activities as assigned
