Ascension is seeking a leader to oversee daily operations at the Oshkosh, WI Primary Care site. You will manage staff, mentor teams, and drive clinical excellence across the practice.

The role emphasizes orientation, training, and performance feedback, with collaboration in multidisciplinary forums to implement new services and improve patient care. This on-site, full-time position offers growth within Ascension.

• High School equivalency with some experience is required or 2 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Schedule: Days | Full-time Monday - Friday 7:00 am -5:00 pm.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
