Ascension in Appleton, WI is seeking a proactive Administration Lead to oversee daily practice operations and clinical coordination at Ascension St Elizabeth within the Administration department. This full-time role reports to senior leadership and requires strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Located in Appleton, the position focuses on coordinating clinical operations, staff development, and strategic planning to expand services and sustain growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency with leadership experience requirements.
• Minimum 2 years cumulative experience and 1 year cumulative leadership OR 4 years of applicable experience and 1 year leadership.
