The Role:

• Location: Minneapolis, MN - Multiple sites will be cross-credentialed between.
• Assignment duration: As soon as credentialed - Ongoing
• Hours/Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 03:30) + Call
• Call: Possibility of overnight (7pm to 7am) or weekend call (7am-7am). Call can be 12hr or 24hr shifts.
• Patients per day: 18-22
• Support staff: 1:1 Clinical Assistant (medical assistant or LPN); RNs on site (with exception of Greenway). Providers will collaborate with midwives; team includes 2 Nurse Practitioners.
• Skills required: General clinic experience; LARC insertion, Colposcopy, Endometrial Biopsy, LEEP.
• EMR: EPIC (experience preferred, not required)
• Requirements: BC, MN License, DEA
• Minimum experience required: 1 year
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
