Odyssey Locums invites OB/GYN physicians to take premium locum tenens assignments with flexible scheduling. The Hazard, KY opportunity supports a dynamic on-call role with 24/7 recruiter assistance, streamlined credentialing, and top-of-market hourly pay. Two short-term blocks are available.

You will work alongside a small team, with two RNs on site, MediTech EMR, and a focus on smooth, provider-first experiences from credentialing to payment.

Qualifications

• Active KY license or IMLC eligible.
• Board certified in OB/GYN.
• Current ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Experience using MediTech EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Cover call shifts only, no in-clinic duties.
• Handle approximately 1 phone consult and 2 patient encounters per 24 hours.
• Support 2 RNs and coordinate with on-site team.
• Credentialing completed within about 30 days.

• Beeper Call-only (no clinic)
• Average Call Numbers per 24hrs: 1 Phone Consult, 2 Patients Seen, 2 Admissions
• Average Deliveries per Year: 250
• Support Staff: 2 RNs
• EMR: MediTech
• Requirements: Active KY License or IMLC, Board Certified in OBGYN, ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
