Job summary

Altais in California is seeking a Network Development Manager to build and integrate physicians and providers into its Networks of Care. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and engagement, traveling up to 75% in the Bay Area and collaborating with marketing and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Provider Networking experience.
• 7+ years of Managed Care experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail in outreach and materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians and providers to generate new leads.
• Onboard new providers: agreements, credentialing, onboarding.
• Engage with prospective physicians through regular contact.
• Deliver service presentations and proposals to providers.
• Conduct market research on network trends and competitors.
• Maintain deep understanding of Altais services and updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align strategies.
• Travel up to 75% within the region.
