Job summary

Altais seeks a Network Development Manager to build and grow a regional network of physicians and providers. You will own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing engagement, collaborating with marketing and internal teams to align strategies. This role requires heavy travel in the Bay Area.

The position offers a hybrid Bay Area arrangement, a strong compensation package, and opportunities to influence care delivery across our networks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Provider Networking experience.
• 7+ years of Managed Care experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven sales track record achieving targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Ability to apply critical thinking in work approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates adaptability to stakeholder needs.
• Demonstrates attention to detail in communications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Deliver full cycle onboarding including agreements, credentialing, and related tasks.
• Foster and maintain relationships with prospective physicians and providers.
• Present services through in-person or virtual presentations and proposals.
• Stay current on network trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Maintain deep understanding of services and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align strategies and objectives.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned market.
