Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a physician to deliver primary care in patients' homes, focusing on elderly and complex medical cases. You will manage patient care in a residential setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and utilizing state-of-the-art mobile technology.

The ideal candidate holds an active medical license and DEA, Board Certified or Eligible, and has experience in geriatrics or complex patients.

Responsibilities
