Job summary

HarmonyCares seeks a Physician Leader to deliver high-quality in-home primary care to older adults and patients with complex medical needs in Williamsburg, VA.

This physician-led role requires an active medical license and DEA, board certification or eligibility, geriatrics experience, EMR experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The position is full-time, on-site, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on patient-centered home visits Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatrics or care of complex patients preferred.
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• EMR experience.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
