Job summary

Steinberg Diagnostics is seeking a Physician Support Specialist to serve as the first contact for post-service physician inquiries and to facilitate timely resolutions for reports, image sharing, and physician portal access.

The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and basic computer skills. Training on RMIS systems and portal workflows is provided to ensure accurate CRM notes and smooth onboarding for new users.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Professional appearance.
• Customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of Radiology procedures a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer post-service physician calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide access to Physician Portal for reports and email results.
• Direct image-sharing requests to the appropriate forms.
• Manage physician image and report request queues with timely processing.
• Handle report addenda and corrections; coordinate resolutions.
• Notify referring offices of urgent results; manage doctor-to-doctor consults.
• Assist with Physician Portal enrollment and onboarding.
