Job summary

Suite Life Health & Wellness LLC is seeking a proactive Patient & Provider Liaison to grow referrals within the Massachusetts region. You will educate physicians, coordinate with care teams, and manage a territory plan to connect patients with Suite Life’s Ambulatory Infusion Centers.

You bring existing relationships in the local healthcare community, strong self-management, and a track record in sales or liaison roles.

Qualifications

• Establish and nurture relationships with local healthcare providers and staff.
• Proven sales or liaison experience in a medical setting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and staff on benefits of referring patients to Suite Life Infusion Centers.
• Generate patient referrals across Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, and other specialties.
• Coordinate with care teams to move referrals quickly from contact to first infusion.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, sales reps, and other medical community members.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with senior management to meet referral goals.
