Suite Life Health & Wellness, LLC is seeking a Patient & Provider Liaison to grow referrals from physicians and healthcare providers across a regional territory. You will educate clinicians on Suite Life services and manage referrals from multiple specialties, coordinating care and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Established relationships within local healthcare community preferred.
• Prior sales, business development, or liaison experience.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization in healthcare.
• Bachelor's, Associate, or clinical degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly accountable self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with referring specialists and staff.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and staff on referrals to Suite Life's centers and generate physician referrals.
• Complete regular sales calls to medical professionals and provide in-services.
• Develop relationships with patient groups and represent Suite Life at events.
• Coordinate between referring providers, patients, and care team; assist with insurance and prior authorizations.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and trainings.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and share Suite Life story.
• Independently develop weekly, monthly, quarterly territory plans.
• Keep detailed CRM records and track referrals and pipeline.
