Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants in O'Fallon, IL is recruiting a General Cardiology Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join its team. Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Position Requirements

• Experience in Cardiology is preferred

Position Details

• Monday - Friday weekly schedule
• Rotating call

Core Function

• Provider Education Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
• Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
• Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
• Federal DEA license is preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
