Position Overview

System Medical Group seeks a Gastroenterologist. The successful candidate will practice at Colliers Way Professional Plaza, 701 Colliers Way, Weirton, WV.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal care, including ERCPs and advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Treat a medically diverse population with clinically challenging cases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within the WVU Health System’s GI and Hepatology service line.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent with eligibility for a state medical license.
• Completed an accredited internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board eligible or board certified in gastroenterology and hepatology.
• All qualifications met by the time of appointment.
