Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Family Medicine physician for the Pahrump Clinic in Nevada to provide outpatient care with a focus on quality patient experiences. You will join a team delivering comprehensive primary care.

The role offers a generous compensation package including a $285,000 base salary, a $60,000 signing bonus, up to $20,000 relocation, $20,000 quality incentive, and a $25,000 HERO stipend. Work four 10-hour days, Monday–Friday, with no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical school.
• Residency training in Family Medicine to care for all ages.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care to Pahrump Clinic patients.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver quality care and positive patient experiences.
• Work four 10-hour days per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• No on-call responsibilities.

About this role

As a Physician in Family Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide outpatient family medicine care to our Pahrump Clinic patients. This position includes a $60,000 starting bonus, and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance for eligible household moves Base Salary of $285,000.00, Annual Quality Metrics Incentive of $20,000.00, and an Annual HERO Stipend of $25,000.00. You will practice at Pahrump Clinic – in Pahrump, NV (west of Las Vegas). Your schedule will be 4X10-Hour days per week during our normal clinic hours of Monday through Friday, 730AM -5PM. There are no on-call responsibilities.
