Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for Home InstaCare to deliver urgent care to patients in their homes. Your home base will be Clinic Wynn, and you will work in a mobile practice with 3 twelve-hour days per week.
Qualified candidates have 2+ years of APP experience, APRN/PA-C degree, board certification or eligibility, Nevada license, prescriptive authority and DEA, and must complete Intermountain Health credentialing.

As an Advanced Practice Provider Home InstaCare, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide Urgent / InstaCare services to patients in their home.
This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, up to $7,500 in relocation assistance when applicable, a competitive salary, and an $18,000.00 Annual Quality Incentive.
Your home base will be Clinic Wynn – this role is primarily a mobile practice delivering care to the patient in their home setting via an Intermountain car/vehicle.
Weekly schedule involves 3 x 12 hour days / week.
