The role requires at least 3 years in food service or catering, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Food Handler Certification. You will work with the Food Production and DDR teams to maintain standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in food service and/or catering.
• High School Graduate/Equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the physicians dining room and doctor\'s lounge meal services.
• Sets up 15–30 minutes before opening and cleans up after meals.
• Prepares salads, cold items, desserts, and assists with meal prep.
• Stocks dining area with china, cutlery, and glassware.
• Requisitions food items and manages inventory per procedures.
• Maintains HACCP-based food safety and checks temperatures daily.
• Reports production issues to the manager and supports events.
