Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; minimum one year of institutional cooking experience.
• Preferred: formal training/education in food service production.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food for doctors, special functions, and catering with attention to menu, recipes, and quality standards.
• Ensure food is ready on time, maintain proper temperatures, and follow HACCP procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the kitchen and service areas.
• Adhere to dress code, wear proper uniform, and participate in meetings and ongoing education.
