Job summary

Hunt in Brentwood, TN, is seeking a Compensation Analytics professional to lead the compensation management platform, including the configuration, implementation, and ongoing administration of compensation tools across the physician practice.

You will build and maintain compensation models (production-based, hybrid, and value-based), extract and validate data from EHR and related systems, and deliver standardized reports and dashboards for leadership and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, physician compensation, healthcare finance, or provider productivity analysis preferred.
• Experience with physician compensation models, productivity metrics (wRVUs, collections), or provider performance reporting preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks impacting compensation arrangements, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, preferred.
• Experience working with EHR or practice management data sources preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations or physician practice operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compensation Technology Administration: Lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of the physician compensation management solution/technology platform.
• Compensation Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain compensation models for physicians and advanced practice providers, including productivity-based, hybrid, and value-based structures.
• Data Management and Analytics: Extract, validate, and scrub provider productivity and financial data from EHR and related systems to support compensation calculations and reporting.
• Operational Support and Training: Train market operations leaders and practice administrators on compensation reporting tools, dashboards, and system workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and IT on compensation-related initiatives.
• Process Improvement and Standardization: Standardize compensation reporting processes across the physician practice portfolio.
