Job summary

Cody Regional Health is seeking a Practice Manager - Physician Clinics to lead and coordinate operations across multiple clinics in Cody, WY. You will supervise staff and providers, collaborate with clinical leadership, and implement policies to improve patient service and efficiency.

This role requires at least 1 year of physician practice management experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience), and CRHCP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum of 2 years equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of Physician Practice Management experience required.
• CRHCP certification is required or to be obtained per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned staff and clinics to ensure service and operational excellence.
• Coordinate development and implementation of policies and procedures related to customer service.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Nursing Director to optimize front office and clinical workflows.
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinics and ensure staffing aligns with volume.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement opportunities.
• Assist in budget development and financial processes with leadership.
