Qualifications

• Active license to practice in the state of employment.
• Current DEA license required at start date.
• NER: NCCPA certification is required.
• Desire to work in Physiatry/PM&R.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other professionals on rehab plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, medical history, exams, and evaluations.
• Monitor progress and adjust rehab plans for independence.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and Education activities.
• Document evaluations, plans, progress, and discharge summaries in EMR.
• Educate patients and families about rehab process and aftercare.
