Job summary

New graduates are welcome and you will collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other professionals to develop treatment plans, perform assessments, monitor progress, document in EMR, and educate patients and families to aid post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Active state license to practice as a Physician Assistant.
- Current DEA license required at start date.
- Current controlled substances license required at start date.
- NCCPA certification is required.
- Interest in Physiatry/PM&R and related rehabilitation settings.
- Orthopedic or physiatry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and determine appropriate rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and educational activities to enhance skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, plans, and progress in EMR.
