Chestnut Health Company is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our physiatry team in a patient-centered, collaborative setting. You will help restore function and improve independence for individuals with injuries and disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state of employment.
• Current DEA license and CS license required on start date.
• NCCPA certification maintained in good standing.
• Interest in Physiatry/PM&R and rehab medicine.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and clinicians to plan rehab care.
• Perform patient assessments and determine rehab goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for independence.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and education activities.
• Document evaluations, plans, progress notes, and discharges in EMR.
• Educate patients and families about rehab expectations and post-discharge care.
