ProMedica Flower Hospital - Medical Office Building 1 in Sylvania, OH seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for Pulmonary Critical Care. The role is inpatient-based with limited outpatient coverage, four 10-hour shifts per week, and minimal weekend/holiday rotations.

The ideal candidate holds MSN or DNP (NP) or a Master’s (PA), with acute care certification for NP applicants, and current state license. AHA certs (BLS/ACLS/PALS) and CME commitment are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree for PA candidates.
